Tchoukball: Echauffement

L'échauffement: (warm up)
  1. Exercice 1
    • Students in bunch are running in place to the beak of a tambourine.  At the teacher's command they are to adopt the mentioned stance.
      • -assis  (seated)
      • -debout (standing)
      • -à croupis (squatting)
      • -à plat ventre (lying on belly)
      • -sur le dos (lying on back)
      • -à genou (kneeling)
    • Do it for one (or two or five) minute, then proceed with elimination.  Students who adopt the wrong stance or are too slow move to a separate bunch.  They continue follow the commands but are out of the contest.  Make sure the elimination process doesn't take forever.
  2. Exercice 2
    • Students will do reps of jumping jacks, pushups, sit ups, butterflies, wipers
    • Count out loud by 1, 2, 5, 10, 50
